Insurance

We understand insurance can be confusing. Here at Refocus Eye Associates we are NOT fans of the complicated process and we promise to work with you to find the best coverage available. Please provide both vision and medical insurance cards at your visit.

Vision VS Medical Insurance…

We will always ask for both your medical and vision insurance information when making an appointment. Unfortunately, it can be very difficult to determine if your exam will be considered as “routine vision” before coming in for your exam. After explaining your concerns and full medical history to the doctor, the insurance type can then be determined. We will always work to do what’s best for you and correlating with current billing standards. We understand these policies can be very confusing, so we ask that you provide as much insurance information as possible so we can find the BEST coverage for you and your unique situation.
